To provide high-quality service and respect everyone’s time, Nourrition has established a clear cancellation policy. Your attendance and punctuality help ensure that appointments are managed efficiently and that available time slots can be offered to other clients.
At Nourrition, our commitment is to support each client with professionalism and personalized care. To maintain a well-organized schedule and provide the best possible service, we kindly ask that you notify us of any cancellation within a reasonable timeframe.
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, although earlier notice is always greatly appreciated. This allows the appointment time to be offered to another client.

Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or any missed appointment without prior notice, will result in a charge of 50% of the consultation fee.
Every minute of your consultation is valuable. To make the most of your scheduled session, we kindly ask that you arrive or connect on time. Consultations will begin and end according to the scheduled appointment time, out of respect for other clients and to ensure the smooth running of the day.
